Perhaps a review is in order:

pick-pack = multiple items of multiple sku in a box
standard pack = multiple quantitiy of one sku in a box

If the carton contains all the same item, then you really do have
standard pack, and can do a little
mapping magic to send what they want. If your carton has multiple sku
in it, then you can't have
standard pack. Instead of P-I-I-I-P-I-I-I you'll map P-I-P-I-P-I.
