All,

My comment was meant to be constructive. When a company wants to recruite an
experienced individual, it needs to compensate accordingly. I've seen a lot
of contractors and consultants, and the ones with demonstrated experience
(marriage of business and technical skills), cost a premium because they are
difficult to find.
