The poster "Ajay" has not claimed to be an expert, but rather, a consultant.
These days, many of us are unemployed or underemployed, due in part to the
exporting of jobs out of this country. Many of those have chosen to take
responsibility for their own financial well being and have hung out a
shingle as consultant.
Evidently, whoever hired "Ajay" back in September needed three weeks or less
to determine that "consultant" wasn't enough. Let's let the market work its
magic. "Ajay" will either sink, or learn quickly to swim. If he sinks,
then there will be one more gig available for a real Mercator expert. If he
swims, more power to him.
As for me, I am happily employed, but do not delude myself into thinking
that this job will be the permanent answer to my cashflow addiction. I am
working on Plan B.

I find it hard to believe that anyone could learn and be an expert in
Mercator in less than a month. (See below).
