RE: EDIFACT INVRPT transaction
This transaction set is the 846 in the ANSI standard. Maybe someone on the
list imports the 846 into their ERP system???

We receive this transaction set from our Distributors. We export all the
data to a flat file, then import the flat file into a database. It is then
sorted by part # and quantity.
Regarding the ERP transaction set. That depends on your ERP system. What
are you using? SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards?

Has anyone worked on this document EDIFACT - INVRPT?
If yes, what have you done with this when you receive this file.
It contains daily inventory position and movement of inventory
details. What is the transaction that this initiates in the ERP
system that is the recipient of this file.
Please advise.
