So now we have employers who, it would be hoped, have a little bit
more foresight. I doubt it will happen, though; they're notorious for
not seeing past the next quarter.
I love this one quote: Former Treasury Secretary and now Harvard
president Larry Summers noted in the article "Any kind of demographic
projection with regards to people who are already born is notoriously
accurate." LOL
