I have never looked out into a waiting room and seen a tailor's dummy
waiting for interview, although there have been occasions when one would
undoubtedly have been the best of the candidates :-) I have known
instances where a 'ringer' has been sent for skill appraisal when this
was carried out by a separate agency. False claims concerning
qualifications, experience, and skills are far from uncommon.
It depends what you mean by 'Fake'.
