Thanks William, I appreciate your offer and your response. I will start to
investigate a converter. I do have another question concerning this project
for anyone in the group to answer.

VDA... On the standards disc there is a VDA directory containing a setup
program for the VDA standards. Does anyone know if these standards will work
with Gentran:Director or do they only work with Gentran:NT Server?

Also, I sent an email to tech supoprt at SC and they say they do support
EBCDIC but they have not heard of VDA (very nice). However; they did not go
into detail on how they support EBCDIC.
