Hi Mike,
Yes, I have tried to setup a print object. It still bypasses the print and
goes right into the InDrawer. The problem is that we have many users and
they all do not have access to the Gentran machine so they can't go in and
view the acknowledgments. We have a program that we created in house that
runs in the post-processor that generates a print out (not pretty). I was
just looking for a better way.

In the translation options have you tried setting up a Print object instead
of the default translation? I would hesitate doing that because I think it
might defeat the default action, which is to match the acknowledgement
against the outbound groups/documents. This brings up a more fundamental
question, though. Why do you want to print these documents instead of
letting Director do the matching automatically?
