Your best bet would be to install the SAP Extension. It will provide you with
many common IDOC templates - a good place to get started. The extension also
provides hooks in to SAP (hfs, rpc, or ale), to include the status messages back
to SAP for outbound IDOCS. I believe Gentran Unix 6.0 is the only version whose
extension provides the status messages needed for FA type document
reconciliation.
