Let us not forget that lovely RD8 qualifier.

Also is this discussion similar to the 270's (Health Care Eligibility
BenefitInquiry) III01/III02 field relationship? This is where III01
describes the ICD-9 value in III02. Or the NM108 with a value of "XV"
describes the NM109 Plan ID but other NM108 values don't do such a
cross-referencing?
