Try this.
Go to Options -> preferences and click on the confirmations tab. Make sure
the boxes labeled "link objects at different levels" and "link objects with
different max usages" are checked. Then recreate the links. You will probably
get a warning message for a link or two stating that you are trying to link
objects that will cause the translator to go into an infinite loop. Change the
number of occurances/iterations on either your source or destination so they
match and try the links again.
