Immediate career opportunity with a fast growing company in New York City.
This position requires experience with Gentran NT 4.0 EDI translation
software. This individual will be a self-starter with excellent
communication skills, detail oriented with strong organizational commitment.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of EDI experience,
retail or apparel industry background preferred.
Job Requirement:
- 3+ years of hands on experience with EDI mapping using Gentran NT
4.0; Inovis TLW / Powermap is a plus
- Experience with data mapping - 810, 753, 754, 810, 850, 852, 856,
940 transactions
- Knowledge working with different communication protocols - AS2,
Secure FTP, FTP and VANs
- Transaction / Partner Set-up , Audit Notification and Communication
Set-up
- EDI activity monitoring and problem trouble shooting
- Multitask in the fast changing environment
- Ensure the EDI configurations and modifications are effectively
tested and implemented
- Engage with business partner to improve speed and accuracy of data
exchange
- Strong business analytical skills to translate business rules to
EDI Transactions
This is a contractor position; the successful candidate for this position
will have all of the experience listed above and will be a US Citizen or
Permanent Resident of the United States.
