This is a link regarding outsourcing of EDI and how the HIPAA Privacy Laws
in this country cannot be enforced out of
USA. The horror story to me regarding outsourcing oversees is that
American Programmers are loosing their jobs... that is horror enough!

Does anyone have any horror stories they would like to share about
the outsourcing of EDI (either domestic or overseas)? If anyone has
anything they can say about outsourcing to companies like Sterling,
GXS, etc that would be great as well as any other outsourcing
company.
