We used to use Harbinger's product - Trusted Link until we replaced our
operating system, now we use Mercator....
When we were using Harbinger, we communicated with Advantis and GEIS via a
dial-up modem. We could still use Harbinger but the company that provided
our operating system also provided the Mercator product. We now communicate
with Intertrade systems 800-903-3030.
Sterling Commerce is the most expensive VAN of the big three (Sterling,
Advantis and GEIS). The internet VAN we're using now is a fraction of the
cost and are easier to deal with. But that's my opinion.
