Gentran: Server with ECWB for UNIX v. 6.0

Hello all,
I've installed and converted Gentran 5.3 into 6.0 (on SunOS platform) and
I'm running parallel test. I'm getting Trading Partner LOCKING error in 6.0
environment, when I receive batch from VAN with multiple transmissions from
the same customer. In my old environment (5.3) with exactly the same set up
this error does not occur. I have two translator data managers that monitor
a queue.
Did anyone experience the same problem after conversion? If yes, what is
the way to get rid of this problem?
