You could try several things. Try setting the ROUTING_METHOD in the inbound
data manager init file to 0 (interchange). You may also want to:

set the UNIQUE_FILENAMES parameter in the inbound data manager's init file to 0

bump up the scan delay on the translator

Use the k and L options in the translation command line of your translation
script. The k tells the translator not to unlock the tp code until the next set
in the file is evaluated (this will ensure that you dont get pieces of one file
in an interchange translated while others go to boxin_lok). The L tells the
translator to wait for the trading partner code to be unlocked for "L" number of
seconds before erroring out.

With inbound translations, the translator locks the tpcode for two reasons: 1.
if you are validating the sequence of control numbers and
2. If you are generating an ack, the translator needs to update info from the
Outbound Ack tab. If you are doing neither of these, then use the u option in
the translation command line. This tells the translator not to lock the trading
partner code.

Hope this helps.
