The application controls where the file is going to, and TLE is configured
either by design or by a config file to scan the directory as the input
directory. My guess (from a unix perspective, not a TLE perspective) is
that either TLE is constantly scanning this directory or your system is
sending a signal to TLE via a pipe. You'll need to get with your ops people
on this functionality and have them ftp the file to another location where
your script can run it, and then your script can do the FTP to the
/d/edi/prodout directory (mimicking the original application flow.)
