Another 2 cents,

I have always enjoyed this group because of the supportive nature and
a feeling of an EDI community. Many of us are most likely familiar
with the 'lonely' nature of EDI---the majority of the time we are the
only ones in our organizations who have any understanding at all of
EDI. It's nice coming to this group and realizing there are others
out there who are experiencing the same issues. It's even nicer when
someone is kind enough to take time and help me out with a problem.
(And for my part, I'm sure I've asked a dumb question or two.)

The mood in the group has really changed in the past couple of days.
I do hope it is temporary. The bitterness is understandable for
those who have lost jobs. We all have families to support. We can
choose to help others or not, but I feel that it's imperative to the
integrity of this group that we all continue to treat each other with
dignity and respect.

With humble respect and appreciation,
Tracy
