The Dates would usually be sent in the DTM segment, with a qualifier for 'Event
Date' which is 'AAH' (or one of the over 1000 qualifiers <bg>)

OR they could send it as part of the ITD segment which has the terms.

Normally, these are documented in the Trading Partner specs..
