I am looking for anyone who can give me a little help with creating an ASN (856)
for total order cancel for a Penney's Retail order or a complete line cancel for
a Penney's Retail order. Our current system only creates an ASN (856) when data
is returned from the warehouse for what items have been shipped. This will be a
whole new process for us. We also use an Order Status (870) to report cancels
to other trade partners but this is not available for Penney's Retail orders. I
have called the Penney's help desk but would just like to touch base with
someone who has done this for Penney's Retail. Thanks.
